I look at each space on an individual level getting to know my clients on a personally so that I can create an interior design that reflects them. Each interior and project is different however for most renovation projects it takes at least 3-6 months for permits, during this time the design magic happens. You can expect a year to build a 2,800-3,200 sq. ft home, longer if you're going bigger or landscaping. Your overall project's scope of work determines the exact time frame.

It's $500 a square foot for a brand-new build. And here's a pro tip: remodeling isn't always the budget-friendly option, contrary to what you might think.
"HOW MUCH DOES AN INTERIOR DESIGNER COST?"
We charge $15 per sq. ft to take your space from start to finish. You get to decide if you want the big reveal or not.
"WHAT'S A HEALTHY FURNITURE BUDGET?"
If you want to design a whole house from the ground up, be prepared to invest at least $150K. Remember, quality comes at a price and my team and I are prepared to deliver.
"WHERE DOES THE ARCHITECT STOP AND INTERIOR DESIGNER BEGIN?"
The architect handles the bones of your home, I take care of making sure those bones are designed for functionality. The two professions don’t work in succession but in collaboration from day one. Working side by side to meet codes and regulations throughout the process.
"HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO TO RENOVATE A HOUSE INTERIOR?"
